Former employee Sunhatkid accused YouTube star, Danny Duncan of physical abuse on multiple occasions. What happened?

YouTube sensation Danny Duncan woke up on the wrong side of social media after his former team member expose his truth on a new YouTube video. 

Duncan is a popular face in the YouTube world with more than 6.2 million subscribers. He is best known for creating prank videos and the occasional altercation with an angry subject of his practical jokes. 

Sunhatkid, who is a familiar face in Duncan’s numerous videos, had been absent from several of his latest videos.

Many fans wondered if everything was fine between the two content creators, and Sunhatkid has now answered all those questions in his new video. 

Danny Duncan Truth Exposed: Sunhatkid Controversy Explained

On December 2, 2021, fellow YouTuber Sunhatkid posted a new video titled, “The Truth About Danny Duncan.”

In the 18-minute long video, Sunhatkid revealed he parted ways with Duncan due to his abusive behavior. He said the YouTuber physically abused him on several instances and repeatedly beat him on the head. 

Sunhatkid claimed Duncan asked him to sign a ten-year YouTube contract with him and made him unfollow all the social media influencers he knew. 

The contract restricted him from collaborating with other content creators. Further, he claimed Duncan allegedly took 20% of his earnings. 

Sunhatkid, elaborating about the physical abuse part, stated the YouTube star gave him a big lump on the head during a friendly wrestling session. The hit also caused him to bleed. 

In another instance, Duncan reportedly kicked him in the head after he failed at a skateboarding trick.

Things started to get only worse for Sunhatkid as he claimed Duncan cornered him in a bathroom one day and placed a knife at his throat. 

Although Duncan did not stab him with the weapon this particular incident really frightened him and had him scared for his life. 

The former Duncan employee also claimed that nobody in the team cared what Duncan was doing to him as the alleged abuse often happened in front of others.

Is Danny Duncan Cancelled? 

According to a video by YouTuber Jamsteo, Danny Duncan is officially cancelled. 

The aforementioned YouTuber went on to explain the ongoing Duncan-Sunhatkid controversy in detail and stated that Duncan cannot be trusted. 

However, Duncan’s YouTube channel is still available and has not been removed from the platform. Thus, he is not yet cancelled. 

If the allegations against him are proved, he does have a chance to be cancelled on YouTube. As of now, Duncan is yet to respond to Sunkatkid’s accusations, as per Dexerto.
